WorldVentures Review – Is WorldVentures A Scam?
Is WorldVentures a scam, or a legitimate company with great products, and a business opportunity that is best suited for you and your family? These are the questions that I hope to answer for you in my WorldVentures review.
With the traditional brick and mortar style travel agencies going out of business due to shrinking profit margins, and the disappearing of commissions for air travel, the birth and growth of online travel booking has become even more prominent. WorldVentures is a Multi-Level Marketing business opportunity that markets travel related products. Launched in December 2005, WorldVentures was created by Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue, and offers every day people the ability to create a source of income from home at the same time as traveling to locations across the globe.
WorldVentures is a travel membership that gives you access to discounted travel deals at wholesale prices. You can join WorldVentures in one of three ways.
1. Dreamtrips
This membership provides the customer with access to discounted travel getaways to various locations around the world.
2. Luxury Dreamtrips
This membership gives you all of the benefits of the first membership, but also gives you access to more high end and exotic destinations at discounted prices.
3. Leisure Travel Consultant (LTC)
This membership is reserved for those who want to participate in the WorldVentures business opportunity. You will receive a personalized website where you can refer customers to go and book travel. Any travel that is successfully booked via your website will earn you a commission. This membership also gives you access to continuing education, giving you the ability to achieve your Booking Travel Agent (BTA), or Travel Reservation Specialist (TRS). These certifications will qualify you for access to higher commission levels, and additional benefits.
In my opinion, WorldVentures is a legitimate business opportunity for the right kind of person. They offer travel benefits at very competitive prices, and are taking advantage of an 8 trillion dollar travel industry.
If you are a business member of WorldVentures, you are going to be encouraged to recruit your warm network of family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers. If you believe that you can build a successful travel business in this manner, then WorldVentures may be of interest to you. Keep in mind, that 3% of those who only use this form of network marketing actually become a success in the MLM business world. In order to make a substantial residual income from your WorldVentures business, you are going to need to recruit hundreds of Leisure Travel Consultants under you, and this can prove to be very difficult with training that is limited to marketing to your family and friends.
