Good sites that place PPC ads (Pay per click advertisements) on MY site?
I really need to know of a site that monetizes your site with ppc ads or pay per play ads so I earn revenue from each click, it has to be free to join, tax free and doesn’t require any personal information like your phone number, street address, tax information and post code. The site must pay by paypal!

Wow srprised nobody has answered this easy question. Google adsense. It’s completely free to join and Google displays the ads it best feels represents the content on your site through analyzing the keywords you use.
Edit – There’s no such place. They need the address and legal name to write for their tax records for paying out in order to keep their books straight for the IRS.
